Title: A Pie Cake

| 4 | c | Flour |
| 1 | c | White sugar (granulated) |
| 1 | c | Light brown sugar |
| 1 | c | Shortening or butter |
| 1 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | c | Sour milk |
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl with butter. Add 1 beaten egg to milk. Add 1 cup sour milk and baking soda. Mix with hands, like you would for pie dough. When thoroughly mixed, cut into 4 parts and put in pie tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
